Get expert help, a sewing machine, some studio space and some mulled wine!
If you need some help with a sewing project or just some extra time in the studio with a machine, then the Sunday Sewing Sessions are ideal. Come along and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of The Stitchery, meet new people, and get expert help with your creations.
Each session is 4 hours long, but folks are welcome to come and go as they please. And all attendees have the use of our Janome CXL301 sewing machines for the entire session. We also have three overlockers (Janome 6234XL) and a coverlocker (Janome Cover Pro 2000CPX) that are available on request.
And for this christmas special Sunday Sewing Session, we'll also have mulled wine and mince pies on offer!
What You Get

- Complete use of the studio space, cutting table, and tools.
- A selection of threads, patterns, tools and other haberdashery for sale in studio.
- A chance to meet other sewers and be more involved in the local sewing community.
Please note, the Sunday Sewing Sessions are not intended as a beginners sewing class and those attending should have a basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine. If you're looking to learn how to sew, please enquire about private tuition or have a look at our beginners courses.
